Pre-Sales Questions:
How long will my listing stay active?
All listings are annual unless there is a specific category that is more suited for shorter terms. Like employment listings or seminar listings.
Can I change my ad copy after is it submitted?
Yes, you can change your listing at anytime – each vendor will have their own Dashboard with lists your advertisements, your profile, ad expiration date.
What can I do in the Dashboard Area?
You can update your advertisement, change your ad copy, purchase additional categories or list new items.
Will you notify me with my listing is about to expire?
You will receive an email from us 60 days before your ad expires. You will have the opportunity to continue your listing or allow it to expire. When you ad expires it will remain in your Dashboard for future activation.
Cancellation Policy:
We can not issue cancellation credits. All listings will run for a 12-month period from date of entry. There is no pro-rata cancelation available. We try to keep our director listing fee reasonable – affordable. You will have access to our vast database of customers and participants in the ReturntoWorkResources.com website.
Additional Features:
We will be adding a Member driven blog to this site in the near future which will allow participants to add blog post.
